This provided us with confidence that a sale and settlement could be achieved within our required timeframe. The marketing plan and auction date were agreed at this meeting and set the basis for all activities in the month that followed. Scott provided us with feedback after every inspection and discussed the level of interest from the various parties. His communication skills were flawless. The auction day was well organised and, despite the inclement weather, a large crowd gathered and the bidding was spirited.
