We have known Nick for several years and found him a total professional in every way. He handled the sale of our home last year. When we were seeking a new home, Nick asked our requirements and advised us of available properties to match these. Nick is gold standard all the way.

A massive thank you to Nick, Josh and the team and Belle Dee Why/ Mona Vale. The entire sale process was seamless from start to finish. Nick was open, honest and we immediately felt that we could trust him to sell our home. Nick delivered a fantastic outcome for the sale of our property and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the service we received, you will not regret your decision to sign with Nick.

The buying process was really easy - Nick was knowledgeable about the market, reasonable with negotiations, and had clear communication throughout the entire process. The tenant had vacated by the time I moved in (as requested), and the team facilitated access for the bank valuation to occur - all the things that a buyer stresses about pre-settlement were taken care of and I was able to move in, same day as I picked up the keys!

The result speaks for itself - More than $300000 over reserve. We were very impressed with the whole process and professionalism of Nick and the team. From first meeting through to the auction day we were always well informed and had ready contact with Nick, Josh and other team members whenever needed. I couldn't recommend the Belle group more highly.

Brendan Pomponio and Daniel Hindmarsh have done an outstanding job with the marketing and sale of my Newport unit and I am very happy with the result. If I could rate Belle Property six stars I would! They made the whole process so easy. Highly recommended to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Nick was absolutely phenomenal in selling our property, from the first meeting even before we signed on with him, to auction day and post sale. Nick's handling of the sale and with him having such an innate feel for the market resulted in a sale price the we didn't even dream was possible. The constant communication during the process from Nick and his entire sales team was second to none, and we were never left wondering how the campaign was progressing. We will highly recommend Nick and his team to friends and family whenever possible. You can absolutely not go wrong with Nick as your sales agent.

Josh and the team at Belle were outstanding from first inspection > purchase. As a first home buyer in a hot market, it can be quite daunting to make way and understand your options. A good agent like Josh was attentive through the entire process and spent plenty of time running us through tips to get ahead. Josh always had incredible punctuality to respond to any questiosn or concerns. Upon a secodn visit, himself and thwe team worked with me to make sure i was in a great position come auction day and it clearly paid off. Good work mate, apreciate you making the process effrortles and the team at Belle for helping us get on the ladder. David.
