Tim began with the correct appraisal of the value of the home. Open home were conducted every Saturday except for Christmas Day, of course, and sometimes there were other opens during the week. Individual people / groups were shown around as well. Tim contacted us after each inspection and open and told us his thoughts on who may be prospective buyers. Although it took a little longer than we were hoping, the property sold with a cash buyer, unconditionally and with only 1 month until settlement. I would recommend Tim as a trustworthy professional real estate agent.

Brayden was always willing to go out of his way and was very helpful. Nothing was to much of a bother. Would always answer back messages or ring back straight away. He always kept us up to date with what was going on and even after settlement rang to make sure everything was ok and chased up a missing key for us until it was delivered. I would recommend Brayden if anyone is looking to sell their house. He wasn't pushy on us being the buyer and was very patient and allowed us time to look through the property several times.
