I purchased a house in Dawesville WA after moving from Qld. As I was new to the area, the detailed & exceptional knowledge that Dane showed & also shared of the beautiful area was outstanding. He went above & beyond in answering my questions & enquires on the property especially after hours. Nothing was every a problem or issue and was always chased up straight away. With the follow up and final settlement process, Rochelle Poultney actioned everything swiftly & with outstanding precision.

My experience with Chris has been unique and very different from the past, he delivered a service that was exceptional. When the "Home Open" took place, Chris would be in contact with you straight away to advise on what took place and the possible follow-ups, he was also very pro-active in bringing new clients through that he believed would be interested. I also received a graph showing me the level of interest from the public. I was excited to have my house sold quickly as I didn't want it sitting around for months. Thankfully it did and I was delighted to have the process completed. Chris is very knowledgable and passionate about his career and every effort is extended to you. Chris was a pleasure to have as my agent, easy to converse with and the level of support and confidence was invaluable. Thank you Chris for making this all happen so quickly. Wishing you all the best for the future, as undoubtedly you are one of the best! Kind regards, Helen
