I have been looking for a property to buy for at least 6 months, i found that a lot of agents, (one in paticular, which i wont mention) were quick to assume i was not a serious buyer, i felt i was not taken seriously and judged unfairly as i am a working single mother. Rochelle however did not judge me nor ignore my questions, she was very quick to respond to me every step of the way and from day one has treated me as a serious buyer, which thanks to her help i now proudly can say i am in the process of settling the purchase of my home i set out to buy. I have not had the pleasure of meeting or dealing with Dane, as he was out of the country when i called to view one of his properties, however im sure he knows Rochelle does a excellent job representing on his behalf, and should be proud and comforted to know she does a fantastic job for him and century 21 mandurah. On meeting Chris we knew he was the person we felt comfortable with and was the right person to sell our home, he is friendly and most of all came across as honest. He was enthusiastic about our property and made us feel that we had a lovely home that was ready to put on the market. He was honest and knowledgeable about the local sales and house prices and as a result of his advise we priced our home at amount that we were happy with. He then sold our property in nine days, it was truly remarkable feat in this market. We would absolutely recommend Chris to anyone wanting to sell their home.
