For no personal financial benefit of which I am aware Tavis identified an opportunitiy and then worked with 2 buyers, 2 vendors, and 2 solicitors to structure 2 transactions for the benefit of all. Others in his office advised him it was not possible and to move on.

I invited Tavis in to advise me on the sale of my farm. He was spot on with the price. He made recommendations on how to present it at its best. His fee for the sale and marketing was fair and reasonable.....(.i realise if you pay cheap you never get value ) He communicated superbly of organised inspections, negotiations and the eventual sale. We found Kel to be prompt and attentive when dealing with him throughout the process. From our initial meeting Kel was helpful and we respected him for his handling negotiations and also looking after the interests of his Vendor. He was knowledgeable when it came to the District surrounding the property. We thank him for explaining to the vendor when we had hold ups for one reason or another, Kels calm nature helped when we were stressed about possibly holding up the vendors next property venture.
