3. The Contract of Sale executed (but left undated) by the Tenderer.
4. (if required) Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) or other government approval (clause 21 of the Conditions of Tender addresses this).
5. (If applicable) a certified copy of any Power of Attorney under which the documents have been executed. The form of documentation required (other than for paragraph 4 and 5) is contained in this package.
You are invited to tender for the Purchase of the Property on the basis of these Conditions of Tender. A summary of the terms of sale is as follows:
1. Tender Deposit of ten percent (10%) of the tendered Purchase Price on delivery of the Tender response.
2. The residue of the Purchase Price is due 30, 60 or 90 days after exchange of
contracts.
3. The property is being sold subject to an existing residential tenancy, which is currently in overholding mode from month to month.
4. Otherwise in accordance with the Contract of Sale.
The Vendor is under no obligation to accept the highest or any tender and in the event of no tender being accepted, the Vendor reserves the right to negotiate with one or more of the Tenders to the exclusion of the other Tenderer or Tenders. A tender may only be withdrawn in accordance with the Conditions of Tender.
