I had been looking for a Sea change from Boronia to Bayside and had been looking for approximately 6 months. I saw hundreds of properties, met dozens of agents and was being very particular in what i wanted for myself and my pets. I initially met Andrew whilst looking at a different property and from the very beginning he was so unbelievably helpful whilst not being pushy or intimidating as so many other agents can be. He was always happy to go above and beyond and answer any questions i had or if he did not know the answer he would find out and get back to me. He was extremely patient as i looked at the property i finally purchased 4 times, and was always super friendly and responsive with all my queries. I honestly cannot recommend Andrew highly enough, i was deterred by many agents as it was obvious they were just after the sale, but Andrew really wanted me to find the property that was the right fit for me and was quick to suggest alternatives and show new listings. I have had the best experience dealing with Andrew and will recommend Andrew and Chisholm and Gamon to anyone looking to purchase or sell their property.
