Poyan was a top agent, dealt with the sale of my property in the most professional way, guided us through a tough changing market with great advice and worked tirelessly to achieve an outcome that was fair for both ourselves & the buyers. I would recommend Poyan to anyone either buying or selling as he is an honest and transparent agent and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

From the outset, Matthew was professional and committed to achieving the best possible outcome for us. Matthew was prompt, courteous and most diligent throughout our dealings with LJ Hooker. Matthew demonstrated a depth of job knowledge and experience regarding the housing market. Well developed interpersonal skills and negotiation skills were also evident. Nothing was too much trouble for Matthew as he looked after us throughout the whole process, keeping us informed and updated at all stages. Highly recommend Matthew to anyone thinking of selling or buying.

Matt Lucas came to our attention recommended by friends who had experienced a successful sale with him as their agent. From our first conversation through to post-sale negotiations, Matt has been incredibly thorough, professional, insightful and knowledgeable about the current market and the best way to present our unique property to potential buyers. His ongoing service throughout the process was always highly engaging; he was attentive to my requests and inquiries, he was thorough in his research and incredibly approachable on sensitive topics. Though his strategy for the sale was different to the advice we had been given by other agents, Matt’s approach was undoubtably the best for our property, confirming that his near two decades in the industry provide him with an unparalleled capacity to understand the nuances of the sale process. I had not met Matt before engaging his services but his advice always seemed genuinely to be in our best interest as a family. I cannot more highly recommend Matt to represent your property for sale.
