We had, had some pretty bad experiences with a few previous houses (other agents) and we were getting quite over it but dealing with Gould was amazing! We had met our agent, Bianca, at a previous house and gotten to know her a little. We saw her at an open home and really felt like she understood what we were looking for. We were so blessed that she kept us in mind for a pre market buy which made things so much easier. Bianca gave us AMAZING advice throughout the whole sale which I believe secured us the deal. Once the sale had been put through, Bianca continued to be an amazing help as she organised various components. Being first home buyers everything was new to us and we often relied on others for advice, Bianca soon became my go to' for explanation and advice as she was clear and you could tell she wanted what as best for us. I cannot speak more highly of the service Gould provided throughout the whole experience! We look forward to using Gould for our realestate needs in the future...well the far future 😃
