Very positive experience as a buyer in negotiating a private sale with Inder. While he wanted to achieve the best sales for his vendors, I found him to be genuine in his approach, listen well to any issues and then present agreeable solutions to the issues - which brought the vendors and us to a successful sale. He is responsive at all hours and proactive in ironing out concerns very quickly. Even my lender commented on how responsive he was in facilitating a time for bank valuation. He made suggestions that save time and effort, which I attributed to his experience. I feel that he takes great pride in his integrity and is careful with the accuracy of the information presented.
