Very professional and easy to work with

Vani has been very professional in the entire process of findind a property and purchasing it. She has been very helpful to clear all my questions, went above and beyond in helping to find the home that would fulfill our needs. In all the while of searching the house we never got a feeling that Vani wanted to some how sell the property and felt she wanted to make sure that we are satisfied before buying this property. There were particularly two incidents where I can say she went above and beyond. 1) We were very particular to have a south facing home, after inspecting a property and reaching home, in the late evening I had a question on the facing of home. Upon calling Vani, she responded very quickly and drove to the property to check the facing and sent me the screenshot of the property. 2) We have seen a model home and decided to purchase such property. After finialising a property and before couple of day of signing the contract, I found that the model house plan and the plan that we are about to sing the contract had some changes. After consulting Vani, she made sure to talk to builder architect gave a proper explanation back to us. I definitely recommend Vani to anyone because of her easy going nature, to understand the requirements from clients and work for customer satisfaction. I wish you all the best Vani.
