Matthew has been a pleasure to deal with in our property transaction. Having looked at a few properties with him, he quickly ascertained our search criteria and gave us early warning on any properties that he thought would fit our needs. Moreover he gave advice on minor repairs he thought would improve our experience and could recommend the tradespeople who could rectify those repairs. As buyers, we were always happy to meet with Matthew. In all, a very positive experience.

Matt acted for the sellers of 17/25 Harvey Street and, as I was the buyer, he was one the 'opposite side'. However, he worked very well with my agent and the pair of them did an excellent job in bringing us together to achieve a sale that everyone was happy with. I have had a lot to do with agents in the inner west. There are one or two that I respect and trust. I would add Matt to that exclusive club - and besides, he's a powerlifter!
