She gave valuable advice on styling for open house and was able to sell the strong points of the property. She knew the needs of vendor and prospective buyers and explored all possibilities and opportunities to bring together vendor and buyer to close a deal which all parties were happy with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a selling or buying agent for all sorts of properties.

After 6 months from our initial discussions with various agents, Rebecca and Simone proved their consistency in their approach, dedication and performance, and we knew they were the agents we could trust. The amount of time and effort invested in us were also reflected in their dedication to achieve the best outcome. Rebecca and Simone not only provided professional guidance throughout the sales campaign but also for our personal circumstances throughout these challenging times.

So thrilled with the result achieved by Rebecca Mitchell and her team on the sale of my apartment. I couldn't have asked for a better team of smart, competent and organised real estate agents to sell my property. It's such a big life event and I felt that I had the right support and advice throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Rebecca and her team.

It was a pleasure working with Stu and his team! From the initial conversations to the settlement, Stuart's professionalism, ethic and transparency were key for us. Stuart gained our trust by breaking down the sales process and myths, contextualising the options with the current challenges and uncertainties of the property market. All with clarity and allowing space for our decisions and personal preferences whilst providing guidance where we needed. I strongly recommend Stuart and his team at R&H Lane Cove!

We found Rebecca and her team to be excellent and more importantly very empathetic to that this was our late mother's house, full of memories, and so a very emotional experience for us. Her team were all very understanding, had access to much larger network of helpers to get the house ready, and knew simply, how to best help. Happy to recommend to others.

Rebecca was very professional at all times, but also very positive, enthusiastic and personable. She put in a lot of effort and time to ensure that we got the best result we could, despite the Covid lockdown conditions at the time.

We feel very lucky that we have Alex as our selling agent! Alex has excellent knowledge, he will keep us posted on progress and gives us a peace of mind. Although we didn’t know Alex for long, we trusted Alex and know that we are in good hands. During COVID lockdown, Alex is able to close a sale within short period of time and the price has exceeded our expectation. Everything just happen so fast and hassle free! I would highly recommend Alex for his service and commitment!

From the moment I met Mary-Anne I could tell she was the right agent for me. She is not only warm and personable, but her local knowledge of the Greenwich area was far superior to any other agent I met. She kept me up to date regularly on the progress of buyers and any interest etc. I never anticipated that selling my apartment could be as easy and stress free as she made it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mary-Anne and the team - sold within 10 days and couldn't be happier.

The whole flat hunt has been exhausting, once I had identified this property however it all changed , Alex was great , personable for sure but very credible too. He was frank and honest about the property and I was filled with confidence at a time when I was most frustrated with the Sydney market Alex showed me the property privately during Covid - I signed the same day ! Thanks Alex !
