I had the pleasure of dealing with Marc after switching agents due to bad experience from the previous selling Agent. I was introduced to Marc and from the get go he was very honest, great communicator and I felt he went above and beyond to get buyers through the property to show it as much as possible to potential buyers. We ended up selling for the price that the first agent said we’d get but it Marc kept me informed the whole way where as we didn’t get that with the previous agent and felt like we had no idea what was going on. Great guy to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

We chose Marc to sell my mum's unit because out of the 4 appraisals we got from other agents, his was the most down to earth in terms of current market conditions. He came across as a no nonsense, direct and says it how it is. Therefore, the time frame, expected selling price and final outcome was all within what we discussed.
