Excellent
Ted was very professional during the time of our house being in the market. He looked after our property with outstanding care while we were away for a couple of weeks up to and during auction. Ted has put priority into finding a suitable buyer after auction and was successful shortly after. We can highly recommend Ted as an agent to any of our friends and family. Great result in a changing market
Ted is great to work with. He knows his stuff and his team is quick with responses and turn around times. The market changed quite quickly between our property going online and the auction date. It meant that we didn’t get the price we initially thought we would but Ted was able to guide us through this period, providing honest feedback and doing his best to readjust our expectations. In the end, we got a better than expected result (from our readjusted sale price) and overall were very happy working with Ted.

My Experience with Ted. If agent provides correct information to the buyer, and then let them decide, buyer feels comfortable. In the process agent gains trust, and buyer wants to stick to the agent.
