Professional and confident in industry
We were recommended to use Tim through our broker service, he gave us honest feedback of when the timeline was good to sell and to hold off. All correspondence was professional and timely and feedback gathered from potential buyers was very well collated by hun and his team. Support admin team were easily contactable and gave good information at relavant points of sale. A smooth process overall. Tim showed expertise in his knowledge of the area we were selling in (sherwood) and when the final negotiation was happening between buyers is was done very quickly with excellent communication. Although we expected a slightly higher price, we met the market point. We were happy with the price we received for sherwood property and by letting us know an expected price for fees, commissions etc we didn’t find any unexpected hidden costs in selling our property.
