Dependable and Sincere Real estate agent
We couldn't be happier with the service provided to us by Roy of the RayWhite Truganina Team. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active in communicating with us, from day one to the completion of the sale. Even though we chose to sell during the most difficult and challenging time that anyone has ever experienced Roy was very patient in dealing with every issue that come up in a methodical and calm manner. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Roy was very informative and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his career and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using him and have already recommended him to several of our friends and will continue to do so.

Energetic & Professional Team
From our research of local agents, it was obvious Mark & Dhaval dominating the market in the Truganina area. We started the process of meeting local agents and preparing the house a couple of months prior to the anticipated market date and were lucky enough to have Mark & Dhaval assigned to us as our agent to sell our first home. Due to Mark's & Dhaval’s knowledge of the area and strong networking relationships, we were able to sell off market and received above asking price. I doubt we would have been able to achieve this outcome with most, if not all of the other agents we had met prior to meeting with Mark & Dhaval. The Ray White Truganina business model of team sales and networking also appealed to us should we have actually gone to market. Reliable and professional service

Sold the property through the difficult Covid -19 time
Although the Covid-19 was happening, the home was still shown to prospective buyers (abiding by any rules). It took longer than expected due to the Covid-19, but it did get sold in the end.
