I have recently exchanged on a property Gizzelle is managing. I have found her to be very approachable and excellent to deal with. She even took my calls and messages during her days off and well after hours. She made the whole buying experience a breeze and will definitely be using her for future purchases or sales.

The experience I had with Gizzelle through the process was one of honestly and was true to her word. After she asks me what was the expectation for selling my house. She gave me true guidance about the sale price. She told me the market was on the increase and she has a number of clients interested in buying houses in the local area.

From the initial introduction of ReMax by Gizzelle through to the Contract signing with the new buyers was a trouble free and rewarding experience. We received daily updates on the progress, timely appointments with the open house visits by the potential buyers and all went to plan with minimal interruptions. Gizzelle made herself available 24hrs a day to facilitate the sale of our property, was 100% dedicated to her profession and a pleasure to deal with. Very, very highly recommended.

Extremely happy with services provided from Gizzelle Powell, Remax I don’t have a lot of time to spare due to family, study and work commitments. Gizzelle was accomodating and talk via txt, email and call whenever it suited me. Absolutely loved dealing with her and it made the sale of our property a happy time.
