Nigel was great right from the start. He did not offer inflated sale price or anything to entice us to sell with him apart from his honesty. He did everything that he said he would and his communication from start to finish was excellent. He assisted us honestly with some decisions along the way to a positive outcome for us as vendors in an unstable marketplace.
