Was a very unpleasant experience purchasing our first house through this agent, terrible communication, people were told no offers had been made even after we exchanged contracts and we had no response for days when we tried to find out what was going on, definitely would steer clear. EDIT :- Had to edit this review as I was threatened with defamation and that the agent will get "someone else to sort this out", her exact words.

We were on the look out for an agent and quite a few of them we felt were undervaluing our property.
