Throughout our whole house-hunting and purchasing experience, Stone felt like family. Every weekend for months on end, whenever we turned up to various listings and open houses, we were always greeted warmly and the agents remembered who we were, what we were looking for etc. Their professionalism was next to none, and they were always keeping us informed of other properties that fit our specific description and requirements, as well as keeping us informed of various upcoming opportunities. We never felt like just a number on a board, we felt like the team were cheering us on and supporting us in finding our dream home. We felt like they cared about us and were so dedicated in their pursuit of wanting to ensure we found the perfect home. We cannot thank Renee and Jorja enough for all their efforts and running around behind the scenes. They really went out above and beyond to be helpful and accomodating, especially with all of our endless questions! They provided expert knowledge, whilst simultaneously making you feel listened to and validated. They were able to explain complex aspects in simple terms, to ensure we understood all the steps along the way. We had the ultimate confidence in the team and trusted them wholeheartedly, we cannot recommend them enough! We just want to say a huge thank you again for making this experience so special and memorable as first-home buyers (and now first-home owners).
