10 Intrepid Drive, Victoria Point.
We used Team Solomon to sell our home in Victoria Point, and were very happy with the professional way the sale was handled. Team Solomon do not lock you into any fixed commissions, and they also provided the styling furniture. Team Solomon kept us informed weekly of open house times, and general movement in the housing market. Team Solomon did not entertain or annoy us with low ball offers, and did not encourage us to lower our asking price. At the end of the day, any sale has to meet the market. We would not hesitate to recommend Team Solomon to anyone thinking of selling their home.

Excellent agent/s for both selling and buying!
Solomon & Thomas helped us sell our home as well as helping us secure our new abode! Disaster at Settlement
We recently purchased a property listed by Team Solomon, at settlement the seller had not vacated the property, the plumbing was blocked, the electrical circuits compromised, multiple appliances unserviceable and the outdoor areas a disaster. If you must purchase a property with these flog it and run agents: demand a pre-settlement inspection and WITHHOLD a substantial amount of the final settlement to cover potential expenses.

Communication and updates
I feel that I am most of the time chasing Tomas up to get an update on progress and have done all I can to move in but am not able as yet. He sometimes does not get back to me when promised. I think both parties are as important as each other.
