disappointing

All talk - even something as simple as the code to the alarm system was too much trouble - after he'd got his commission. I never got the back door keys and things that were to be fixed (like the letterbox) - weren't done. This was especially disappointing as the agent was the former tenant of the property and had first hand knowledge of these matters. I have waited 8 weeks and haven't had the courtesy of a response to my emails
