I am giving this review on the Buyer's side. I was in the market for a home in about the $750,000 range on the Central Coast from Sydney. I was looking initially at Tascott on the train line but then ended up buying our home on the Peninsula Bays' Area. Josh impressed me with his communication and ability to quickly assess my needs as a serious buyer. He was determined, knew intuitively to act decisively and got us in for an inspection as soon as possible. Throughout the negotiation, Josh acted in the best interests of his Vendor clients at all times whilst working hard with me to get a Win-Win. Throughout the settlement period, Josh's communication and customer service was excellent. He was always responsive and nothing was ever too much trouble. I specifically appreciated that he was able to get some of the mess on the property tidied up for me before moving in. Post-settlement, Josh has continued to be helpful and of service to me, helping me with getting to know the area and even giving me a contact for a new cleaner.
