We selected Anthony McVicker to sell our property in Woy Woy and he was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially). From the outset we could tell Anthony put a lot of time and effort into market research and promoting the listing. We met with Anthony at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of information. Anthony made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't. When we saw our listing we were blown away. The professional photos were incredible. I am giving this review on the Buyer's side. I was in the market for a home in about the $750,000 range on the Central Coast from Sydney. I was looking initially at Tascott on the train line but then ended up buying our home on the Peninsula Bays' Area. Josh impressed me with his communication and ability to quickly assess my needs as a serious buyer. He was determined, knew intuitively to act decisively and got us in for an inspection as soon as possible. Throughout the negotiation, Josh acted in the best interests of his Vendor clients at all times whilst working hard with me to get a Win-Win. Throughout the settlement period, Josh's communication and customer service was excellent. He was always responsive and nothing was ever too much trouble. I specifically appreciated that he was able to get some of the mess on the property tidied up for me before moving in. Post-settlement, Josh has continued to be helpful and of service to me, helping me with getting to know the area and even giving me a contact for a new cleaner. I would definitely recommend Josh as a sales agent if you're selling a home. If you're buying, I would also highly recommend you contact him for his market knowledge and willingness to assist. We were in the market for about six weeks before coming across Josh and I'm still shocked at how real estate agents miss out on sales and relationships for relatively minor things. Josh was across all the details and, importantly, was genuinely happy for me and my family when we found our home for my husband, 5 year old son and 6 month old baby. I imagine real estate would be a very tough gig and Josh has the tenacity, intelligence and drive to be in this business.
