Tenancy of 19 Hicks Way

My experience with Xceed and specifically, Deon, in obtaining the above rental property has been an absolute pleasure. Deon emailed after the inspection on the weekend. I thought this was a really nice personal touch. Other agents I have dealt with on my search for a property have not reached out following an inspection and not in a personal way. I appreciate the time taken to do so. The application process was smooth and easy. Deon kept me up to date with the application as it progressed and replied to my queries via email in a quick, friendly and professional manner. The application was processed and approved within a day. The lease agreement was provided with 24 hours of my acceptance of some of the terms etc. The whole experience has been smooth, friendly, fast and with no anxiety.
