About Angela

Angela Patch is a Senior Sales Consultant with Enclave Property Group and has been selling property in Brisbane, Gold Coast and far north Queensland for the past 21 years. Her specialist field is listing and selling apartments and they have ranged in value anywhere from $210,000 to well over $8 million for a Penthouse sale in Mirvac’s Pier Development at Newstead. Angela started her real estate career in 1998 working for the PRD Project Marketing Division after completing 3 years of tertiary education majoring in Journalism and English at the University of Queensland one-year postgraduate studies majoring in Business Marketing at the University of New England in New South Wales. In her trainee role with PRD at the age of 23 she sold an apartment at the Anzac Square residences for over $1 million and it was such an achievement at the time that it was published in the National Corporate Magazine. Whilst working at Anzac Square, Angela was approached by Mirvac Qld to come on board and work directly for them as a sales person. This saw the beginning of an amazing 18-year career that culminated in approximately $450,000,000.00 worth of sales during this time. She was also the recipient of awards such as “Salesperson of the Year”, “National Medallia winner of the Year” and “Runner up National Sales Person of the year”. From humble beginnings working on a townhouse site at Sunnybank to the glitz and glamour of Ephraim Island and Pier at Newstead, Angela has truly enjoyed selling to all sectors of the market from first home buyers right through to high end multimillion-dollar owner occupiers. Sell out launches have included Cutters Landing New Farm, Ephraim Island Gold Coast, Mariners Peninsular Townsville and Pier at Newstead where values exceeded $14 million for one property alone.
