Brendan is an agent passionate about his job. It shows in his effort to go above and beyond for all parties involved, even a first home buyer like myself and my partner! From the get go he was honest and upfront about the property, the process, and ensured we were looked out for me as a buyer and the vendors. When we moved into the property, unfortunately the vendors left it in a pretty poor state. The house was filthy and dirty. But Brendan came back and cleaned the whole house himself with his wife on our settlement day. It isn't something we know he had to do but he wanted to make sure our whole experience of buying our first home was of a 'top shelf' standard. He even organised the carpets to be steam cleaned for us since the vendors let him and us down on the day of settlement. Overall a great guy and agent. I couldn't recommend him enough to other buyers and sellers in the market.

After looking into many agents to sell our home of 65 year we came across Brendan. He was very caring and took our situation of loosing a mother and selling our family home easier. The service that he gave to both my brother and myself was outstanding and he managed to get our asking price. Brendan was the last of three real estate agents l had through my house to give me an appraisal on how much he thought my house was worth.
