We were selling a property in NSW to by a local property in Mount Sheridan. We saw the place and by chance Brian was holding an inspection. Altough we had not booked a viewing Brian was welcoming, knowlegable and confident. His knowlege of the local market is very good, no pressure, and he negotiated well. My only let down I guess was that I didn't actually get to see either of the guys on collection of keys upon settlement date. The other thing, when we have purchased property previously, we always were given a little 'thankyou-congratulations' type of gift, - flowers and chocolate with a six pack of beer and nuts - to suit in our case, both new owners. It was a nice gesture and surprisingly maybe not done these days? For a first home owner (Jake) I think he would have been rapted to get this. But all in all, we were pleased with the way it was all handled. So thank you.

On our first meeting with Brian we were pleasantly surprised by how approachable and friendly he was,. We also found him to be polite, knowledgable, patient and understanding to our house purchase requirements. Brian made mum and I feel at ease and under no pressure during the negotiation process. We were also very happy with Kerry AhChin who firstly advised us of the property and then took us through the property for our final inspection.
