4/33 Coonara Avenue, West Pennant Hills has been our investment home for many years which was management with Century 21 Joseph Tan. We had been in contact with Davin for a while before deciding to sell. To list our beautiful family home was a big step that took us a lot longer than we anticipated (we ended up redoing the entire kitchen/laundry/backyard, after having renovated all other rooms 5years prior).
