Sale price far exceeded expectations, supportive throughout process, can't recommend highly enough.

I would happily recommend Dean and Simon to anyone. Having never sold a property at auction before, I needed some hand-holding during the process and also needed the odd push to get things done but I never felt railroaded into making a decision. Dean made several suggestions on where to spend money on improvements to my property before sale and he helped arrange reputable and reasonably priced trades people to carry out the work. He even took it on himself (after getting my okay) to talk to my neighbours about whether it would be okay to trim their trees to improve our city views. I took on all of his advice and regret none of it. We walked away with $200k more than we hoped for at auction and if I'm ever selling again, it will be with Dean.
