I found Glen to be open and honest in his approach to sell me the property, he was very clear on the process of making a formal offer and response times where very prompt. In closing the sale communication was also very good. Its also worth noting that anybody who presents themselves as well as Glen also translates to confidence in your relationship with him, even as a buyer I felt he was looking after me to some extent. Overall the experience was very positive.
