Good job James, plan to hunt you down when we are the vendor

James made selling our property a breeze. He made both my partner and i very comfortable. If we needed and anything he was there to help or answer and questions that we had. All in all made for a very pleasurable experience.

Very helpful, contactable and friendly.

Buying our property with the help of James was very straight forward. He was most helpful with his advice and guidance through the whole process which went smoothly in part l'm sure, because of his professional approach.

James was very easy to deal with as the selling agent of our new property. If he was unavailable to answer a call, he returned calls asap, even when on holidays. Deal was done, with ease

James and the team at Buxton's were fantastic and we would recommend them to everyone

James worked with me from inspection to contract signing. He was professional and communicable throughout the lengthy process.

Thank you James for your kind attention. Our purchasing experience has been seamless. We look forward to doing further business with you in the near future. Cheers, David & Krystine Maloney

Having bought a few properties off James, I know he can negotiate a deal within hours. It is a pleasure to do business and get results with someone who knows how to close a deal.

Extremely knowledgeable, James made everything easy from the first phone call to the sale negotiations walking me through every step of the way. Next time I sell I will coming to see James from Burton’s again!

James was one of the most friendliest agents I had come across, he was knowledgeable, approachable and had all the relevant information when needed. He was easily accessible and was a great help as a First Home Buyer and new to all the processes to go through purchasing our first home. Would happily recommend him to anyone, Thanks James.

We found James to be very approachable, felt comfortable in asking questions and was very punctual and reliable. We will be sellers big in the future and will certainly be giving James a call.
