I went to Robert and Green realestate meet Lisa i told her what i was looking for and she took me to look at a few propertys. well nothing took my fancy. Lisa said let me show this house she thought i would like but in a different area it had all the things i was looking for Well pulled up in the drive, and loved it. We had a look through and it was perfect for me I said SOLD i would not have looked there and so happy that she real listened and lisa has done a great job with it all.

Lisa made things happen, she seemed to know the local area very well and have a good network. She was successful in selling the property which was the ultimate goal. This was after placing the property with another agent with no enquiries after 6 weeks. The price achieved was acceptable to my mother. However, there was a hiccup with the deposit monies and a lack of communication, otherwise I would have rated her performance a 5.
