Mandeep, I want to thankyou sincerely for selling my sister Sylvia's home so quickly after she was unexpectedly admitted to the nursing home when her health and mobility suddenly deteriorated ! The large bond (RAD) to the nursing home required the sale of her home to help fund it. Because of time constraints, we were concerned. When you visited us (her family) you calmly assured us you could sell the house within a month ! We felt you were overly optimistic, because it had a number of faults !
