Manpreet is a truly outstanding real estate agent. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market, provided me with comprehensive advices regarding every aspect of the sale process, gave me regular progress reports, responded to all inquiries quickly and efficiently, and generally worked tirelessly to achieve an excellent sale price for my investment property at Holmview. Manpreet organised immediate and cost-effective property repairs, took care of all matters relating to the tenant vacating the property, conducted a very extensive and effective sales campaign, meticulously prepared the contract of sale, ensured the buyer's later request to change the name on the contract was effected without delay, and liaised with all parties and solicitors right through until settlement to ensure the successful completion of all contract conditions and the ultimate sale. Manpreet was unfailingly prepared and organised throughout the sale process, with no issue too big or too small for her to deal with, which relieved so much stress for me as a seller. She was always very personable, warm, approachable, honest and trustworthy, with all commission fees and marketing costs made clear at the outset, so there were no hidden surprises at settlement. I cannot rate her or her services highly enough.
