Matt has been amazing to deal with. Friendly, honest, open and understanding would be a few words I'd use to describe him. His conduct from first inspection on the home, all the way through to going unconditional has been perfect, dealing with and resolving concerns or questions I have in a matter of minutes, or hours. Highly recommend as either a buyer or seller, as he is focused on securing a good outcome for both parties. I sincerely hope he never loses that spark as it is rare in an agent!
