After our first meeting we had with Meagan we knew she was the Agent that would successfully sell our house in the current market. Meagan is professional, put us at ease and reduced the stress of selling. She was honest in her appraisal and made us feel extremely relaxed about the selling process. Meagan works with a fantastic team that also supported us throughout the sale. Meagan was able to help us achieve a fantastic result. We would not want to sell with any other agent! Meagan as well as her team are true professionals! Without any hesitation we would highly recommend Meagan.

Meagan has been a pleasure to work with from day one. She and the team were always super friendly and enthusiastic about the sale. Their communication was always clear and made the process much easier. She was always open and honest and willing to give straight advice when it was needed. Despite her workload, she always had time to talk whenever we had a query. We can't recommend Meagan and her team highly enough!

Would highly recommend Meagan and Team Muir to anyone wanting an agent that delivers, who is upfront, honest, pro-active, and tireless in pursuit of achieving the best outcome for the property owner. From the start it was all about our home and us! Realistic appraisal of the property and market conditions, and positive goals that were set. The level of follow up and ongoing communication was second to none. The entire “Team Muir” operates like clockwork. Selling our home for an amazing result within 13 days of campaign commencement with an extremely quick settlement, shows you how connected Meagan is with the market and buyer profiles. A wonderful agent who brings both a mix of professionalism and personal engagement.

Meagan was great to sell with and manage the sale of the property. A lot of things were thrown at her during the campaign and she managed to get the result regardless of these circumstances. If it wasn’t for Meagan the property would not have sold for it what did.

Meagan is marvellous! She is the #1 Agent for a reason. Meagan did an extremely good job selling our house. She is very professional and her communication throughout the sale was excellent....if you are thinking of selling, there is no other agent to call. I would recommend her to all of our friends and relatives.

Meagan was really easy to work with, always available to answer any question, and super quick to respond. Always made me feel comfortable as a first home buyer. Definitely recommend Meagan and her team!

We became aware of Meagan's presence in the area by seeing a number of "sold by Meagan Muir" properties similar to ours on Real Estate.com. Based on the results we saw, we contacted Meagan for a chat outlining our requirements and to discuss the potential sale of our property. By the end of our conversation with Meagan we were confident that she would achieve a great result for us and as it turns out she did and very quickly too! Meagan was very attentive, lovely to deal with and kept us informed during the entire process. If we ever had the need for an agent in the area again, Meagan would be our first choice and we would have no hesitation in recommending her services to anyone looking to sell. We could not be happier with the level of service we received from Meagan, it certainly pays to deal with an expert like her for the suburb where your listing is going to be.

A friend had praised Meagan several times while in the process of selling her home recently. I took that on board and then began to notice how many houses were SOLD by Meagan in my area. Then another friend had Meagan as his Agent and he too sung her praises. So I was "sold" on having Meagan for my Agent and from that first introduction I was confident I would be looked after and I have been. Meagan is always so effervescent, patient, nothing is ever a bother for her and she keeps her word which is somewhat remarkable nowadays. I appreciated the way she kept me in the loop of what was happening with prospective buyers. She made me feel special and as if I was her only client.

Meagan and her Team showed a courteous and positive attitude towards the sale of our home. She worked tirelessly to ensure a good result. Meagan’s commitment to the community and her profession are an asset to her success. Thank you for delivering through for us. Looking forward to the next chapter!

Meagan and her team were an absolute delight to deal with and I’m glad we chose her to sell our family home; a home built for our parents in 1960, a home which had never been on the market. It was an emotional and stressful time and Team Meagan Muir walked us through the process beautifully. Meagan herself has such a calming presence. Her knowledge, experience, communication first class. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her. A brilliant result for both seller and buyer. Thank you Meagan and team
