I thought that all of the agents and Nick were all very professional and I also felt trustworthy . Before we even started the OFI's , Sarah and her team were so wonderful with ideas around getting the house ready plus contacts to assist us with that - that was a fantastic help. Once we were underway Simone was very professional and personable as was Nick and always called us straight away with feedback which is so important . My only 1/2 a point issue with communication was re the Section 32 and would like to have had that ready (or very close to) before we even started the opens . As we rarely have bought or sold we had no idea of who is meant to do what and when .In the initial chat with the vendor it might be good to go over what documentation needs to be organised and by whom just to make it clear for the vendor of what lies ahead and how they can assist. Over all I think the Nick Johnstone team are terrific, including Michelle in the office too. Positive, helpful and knowledgable and we would definitely use them again .
