Ray O'Brien is very professional in his approach to selling properties. I selected Ray because he sold the house a few houses up. Whilst the auction didn't reach the figure I wanted and was passed in, possibly due to having that hail storm come through Brisbane and smash the roof tiles and flooding 3 rooms ceilings and walls, right in the middle of the open house period. I told Ray to work harder as I wasn't going to give away my property. He did work harder and archived a sale price that I was happy with. I would definitely recommend Ray to any potential seller.
