After doing the renovations choosing an agent was very difficult . Ronnie from the outset was a great communicator via email and phone as i was overseas at the time ....I came back for the renovation but had to leave not long after ...leaving it in her hands we achieved a decent price in a flattening market and a quick cash settlement.
