Great experience on selling with Sam Varrica and his team.

We started out with 2 other properties to sell, however the market wasn't in our favour so at the end of the tender date we changed to single house sales. We went to auction within the month and sold above reserve. Thanks to Sam and his team efforts to call up potential buyers and parties of interest .
