From the first phone call Taylor Bredin from first national helped me and my wife find the perfect buyer for our house. It was quick and pleasant, which reduced the stress load we were dealing with as we wanted to upsize with the fantastic news she was pregnant. Picking up the phone and calling Taylor to enquire about selling was the greatest decision we have ever made. His suggestions on how best to prepare for the sale process was very helpful, as first time sellers of a house. The ball was rolling right away and we had a great number of groups on the first open home even though it was online for less than 48 hours! We are still shocked how quickly the offers came in. Communication has been fantastic, Taylor was available 24/7 through group chat on whats app, sms or phone calls. All very easy and straightforward. From the first time I met Taylor I have been impressed by his enthusiasm for his job, and by his professionalism. Unlike other agents I had previously contacted, Taylor gave me a realistic, and achievable, valuation for my house. He also gave me constructive advice (which I really needed) on how to prepare my house for sale, by explaining how to arrange the furniture and what to move out in order to present my house in the best possible light, and show the space available. Throughout the whole process of selling, Taylor kept me informed as to what was happening, and advised me if necessary. My house sold the first weekend that it was on the market at a price I was happy with, and at the top of the valuation range Taylor had given me. The whole process has been a lot less stressful than I anticipated due to Taylor’s help, and I have no hesitation in recommending him highly.
