Sarah and Abbie were a pleasure to do business with They handled our home extremely well. We then listed our home for sale through Terry. He sold it in 12 days. We couldn't be happier with the result. We were actually away on holidays when thus happened. Terry made everything so easy for us. He had our contract sent to where we were. I honestly cannot fault Terry. To be honest, It was daunting moving back to QLD after my husband died but Terry guided me through each step. Offering help where he could, negotiating with the tenants to vacate early, and meeting various people for either inspections or key handovers early in the morning to accomodate furniture delivery. To top it all off, when I arrived after the long drive from Melbourne, there was a beautiful basket of towels, body and hand wash, wine, candles and a picnic blanket. Sure, people say that I paid for that service when I bought the house, but really I didn’t, the previous owners did, and I can’t thank them enough for choosing Terry to sell their home to me. Along with the assistance of his wife Madi. It was a beautiful experience and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Terry
