Edward was very knowledgeable about the area and very enthusiastic about ensuring we were able to sell our property for a good price. The day of the sale was difficult as there were several potential purchasers who were looking for a bargain but Edward kept pushing at the auction to get us a very good price. In the weeks after the sale the auction results in the neighbourhood confirmed that we had indeed sold for a good price. We have seen many auctioneers over the years and we were very impressed with his skills as an auctioneer.
