Ebony was great. She was diligent, personally invested in achieving a positive outcome, willing to work hard to achieve it. She had demonstrable knowledge of the market. She made my life much easier - including by helping with some (literal) heavy lifting. She persisted through the marketing campaign even though at times there was minimal interest in the property. She offered her advice to change approach. I had confidence in testing, and then accepting, that advice. She achieved an outcome that exceeded my expectations.
