Outstanding support

Selling our home in Madora Bay was a big decision for us, and we are so grateful we had Michelle and Taylah from Acton Belle Properties Mandurah by our side. They were so supportive throughout the whole journey. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they explained each next step clearly, so we never felt lost or stressed. Their communication was exceptional — always keeping us updated, always checking in. We also have to mention how wonderful they were with our pets. They showed them so much love and patience and made sure they felt comfortable and calm the whole time. That kindness meant everything. Thank you to a dream team!

Genuine, kind and hardworking, making a stressful time feel easier

Working with Michelle and Taylah was excellent. I have never sold a property before and was very nervous going into the process. Michelle “held my hand” every step of the way. I never felt taken advantage of because of my hesitance or lack of experience and I know she worked hard to get the best deal for us. Taylah is equally kind and supportive and together they make a wonderful team. We just happened to put our house on the market at the start of the downturn and needed to sell in a quick timeframe. Michelle and Taylah did everything they could to ensure we had an offer when we needed it. I’m so grateful to these two exceptional ladies. Without their genuine approach and expertise the experience of selling our home would have been even more stressful. I am so grateful we chose Michelle to be our agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Great agent

I couldn’t recommend Michelle highly enough. Selling my home due to getting divorced was an incredibly stressful and emotional process, but she was friendly, understanding and supportive every step of the way. She made a difficult situation feel much more manageable through her patience, professionalism and genuine care. Best of all, she managed to sell my house within just one month! I’m so grateful for everything she did and for making the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
