As a nervous first home buyer my agent was frustrated by my questions about "as is" condition terms. Clear structural damage was disregarded as probably a" bit of missing mortar". Questions to the owner about whether access to divert further water damage during settlement were not responded to. I understand the agent only represents the owner but the agents dismissive and untruthful behaviours made the process of buying my first home stressful and difficult to trust throughout the process. Will not be recommending this agent for corporate purchases our company is looking to make in the area.

"Set date" sale is difficult for the buyer. Cannot get inspection in time. Vendor can change terms of set date sale, false bidding etc. I would only use a normal sale again.

Lewis was fantastic during the selling process. We were located overseas but we had full confidence in Lewis after our initial chat. Lewis negotiated with the buyers to get the price we wanted so we were pleased with that. Our home was also tenanted which added more complication but Lewis handled it professionally. From the initial market research, to assisting me in preparing my house to sell, to quickly connecting with a buyer, to going above and beyond by arranging structural/electrical inspections etc on my behalf and allowing tradesperson access as I did not live at the house, Meagan was a joy to deal with as nothing was too much trouble.
