I had a particularly difficult sale for Matt. He took on the challenge with gusto, initiative and plain old hard work. Matt gave sound sales advice and offered up to the minute market assessment through out the sale. Matt achieved a final sale price that met our expectations in the midst of Sydney’s worst market since the GFC. I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and his team.
