Shortly after I graduated from St Augustine’s College, I entered the Real Estate industry. I quickly realised I loved sales as it allowed me to spend time in the local area and meet people - no day was the same and I enjoyed the challenges of each new sale. I began selling locally in Dee Why and the surrounding areas where I have continued to work with people to sell their homes for 17 years. What are your career highlights? I have been privileged enough to be consistently recognised by industry awards. In 2021, I was awarded “Agent of the Year 2021” for Dee Why out of 173 selling agents, for the third year in a row by ‘Rate My Agent’. What do you enjoy most about working at Doyle Spillane? There is never one standard way of selling a home. Each sale, whether it be an apartment, house, or a block of land, needs to be personalised according to the needs of the market and the homeowners. Different times are ideal for auction, but other times private treaties will yield the best result, the key is to treat each sale as a unique proposition.
